About Me

I was born and raised in the rural Central Valley of California, where hard work wasn’t just encouraged—it was a way of life. My journey took me to Chicago for a few years before I put down roots in Arizona, where I’ve lived for over 20 years. When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my wife and our eight children, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with our pets, and appreciating the beauty Arizona has to offer.

Professionally, I’ve worked my way up from an hourly pizza cook to a multi-unit manager, gaining experience in operations, leadership, and sales along the way. I’ve spent years building teams, driving revenue, and helping businesses grow, always keeping my focus on what truly moves the needle—people and processes. I know firsthand the challenges business owners face because I’ve been in the trenches myself, wearing multiple hats and making tough decisions.
